Chicken Salad

Easy to meal prep in containers for quick on the go lunches.  

12 oz.   Chicken breast - cooked and chopped
2 cups   Red Seedless Grapes - halved
8 Tbs    Fresh Cilantro- chopped
8 Tbs    Red Onion- Diced
4 Tbs    Low Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp   Salt


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Eat alone or serve with crackers or bread.
